Meet Chris O’Brien, Managing Director

Chris is a 15 year veteran of the Technology recruitment industry and has spent the past 10+ years entirely focused on the APAC Technology market with particular niche focus towards Cyber Security & Risk Management. Chris operated at Senior Executive level during his many years of service, leading high-performance teams and aligning his skills to move with the evolving markets.

Passionate about delivering relationship driven services and recognising that the APAC market is always changing shape, Chris now focuses his time on building agile teams here at Blacksquare; teams that are equipped to identify and provide the best solutions, always.

Over the years, Chris has built a reputation for being at the very forefront of his industry, holding extensive regional relationships with both clients and senior candidates up to C-Level.
